Pam DeMassiPam DeMassi

Pamela DeMassi is the Associate Director of Development for Family Service of Morris County and is responsible for grant writing, marketing, and the FSMC Young Professionals program. Prior to joining FSMC, she was the Project Manager of For You NJ 9/11, a 2.5 million dollar grant awarded to UMDNJ/University Behavioral Health Care by the NJ Attorney General, to provide statewide mental health counseling for those impacted by the events of September 11, 2001.

Additionally, she held several leadership positions in New Jersey healthcare organizations including Saint Barnabas Behavioral Health Network, Atlantic Health System, and Trinitas Behavioral Health and Psychiatry, (formerly Elizabeth General Medical Center). In these positions, she was responsible for administrative and operations functions, grant management and proposal writing focused on both the public and private sectors. She has developed and managed numerous marketing and outreach campaigns to promote community mental health programs. Pamela is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and American College of Healthcare Executives, and holds an MPA degree in Health and Human Services Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
