Thomas McLaughlin

Tom McLaughlin, a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, started on the NYSE as a clerk with a small Specialist firm, Lasker, Stone and Stern. He became a Partner in the Firm in July of 1988. They were bought by Merrill Lynch in 1990, and he worked for Merrill as an EVP for five years. He joined Labranche and Co., a Specialist firm, in Jan. 1996 as a Partner. He went public in 1999 and he became COO in 2007.

He sold the Specialist Unit in 2010 and he decided to try something completely different. So after commuting into N.Y. for 28 years he decided to take a position right here in Morristown. He joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a Financial Advisor in June of 2010. Tom always wanted to give back to the Community. As a father of four sons, he has been coaching youth sports all around Morristown for the last 15 years. He has been a contributor to many great causes in and around Morristown.
